4.1 Deposit Terms

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If bj365 considers any transaction suspicious, it reserves the right to place a temporary hold on it and carry out additional verification. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the authorities will be notified.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

When you open a new account at bj365, you receive a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 as a bonus, bringing the total account balance to ৳2,500.

However, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw the bonus amount, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed. In the example above, the wagering requirement for the ৳1,500 bonus is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Any attempt to abuse bonus benefits — such as opening multiple accounts to collect bonuses, or coordinating with others to strategically complete wagering requirements — will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, bj365 offers various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on that promotion's page. Participating in a promotion means you agree to the associated terms.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on bj365 are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is fully impartial and verifiable. Live casino games are operated via live streams from reputable studios such as Evolution, Ezugi and SA Gaming. If a technical fault disrupts the outcome of a game, bj365 reserves the right to void the relevant round.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the outcome of each bet is determined based on the official match result. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the related bet is treated as void and the stake is refunded. In the case of multi-bets, if one leg is void, the result is settled based on the remaining legs.

6.3 Prohibited Activities
